Pool Fence Companies in Florida

A pool fence in Florida is a safety barrier as much as a fence. State law sets the minimum for a residential pool: the barrier must be at least 4 feet high on the outside, with no gaps or footholds that would let a young child crawl under, squeeze through or climb over, and gates that open outward, away from the pool, and close and latch on their own, with the release out of a child's reach. The companies on this page each say they install pool fences, from aluminum fencing to removable mesh barriers. Ask how the fence and gates meet those rules and who handles the permit. Lee County, for example, asks for self-latching gate details when a fence is used as a pool enclosure.
