Fence Felix publishes Florida Fence Companies, a directory of the fence contractors who work across Florida. A new fence is a big job, and it pays to compare more than one company before you sign. Felix puts the local companies side by side, city by city, so you can see who installs wood, vinyl, aluminum or chain link near you and call the right ones first. Every company on the site is a real, open business with customer reviews. Owners can claim their listing or send a correction at any time. Florida is the first state. Felix plans to cover fence companies in more states the same way.
Why this directory exists
I'm Fence Felix, and I publish Florida Fence Companies. I built it because finding a fence company should not start with guesswork. Search for one and you get supply stores, rental yards, handymen and dog fence dealers mixed in with the companies that actually install fences. This directory keeps only the installers and shows, company by company, what each one says it builds.
The listings come from public business data and from each company's own website and business profile. Paid placement is always marked as featured, premium or best-of. Everyone else is ordered by what they confirm and by their Google rating and number of reviews. Searching is free, and there is nothing to sign up for.
Florida is the first state. The plan is to cover fence companies in more states the same way. If you run a fence company and something on your listing is wrong, claim it and I will fix it.
How listings are vetted
Every company here started as a Florida business on Google with at least one customer review. Listings not updated in the past year and duplicates were removed. Each remaining company's own website and the services it lists on its business profile were then read for one question first: does it install fences?
Supply stores, temporary fence rental companies, invisible dog fence dealers and other trades that only list fencing as a side category were left out. What each listing shows about materials, pool fences, gates, repairs and permits comes from the company's own words. Nothing is checked by inspection, and a stated license is the company's own claim, so confirm licensing and permits with your county or city.
Right now that is 1,014 fence companies in 106 Florida cities, last refreshed 2026-11-04.
Owners can claim their listing for free. Every claim is checked by a person: a real local business, a matching email domain or a call to the number on the Google listing. Paid placements are marked as featured, premium or best-of wherever they appear.
Corrections and removals
If a listing is wrong, or you want your business removed, tell us. We answer within a week and rebuild the directory with the change.
