Since 1986, Chancey Metals, LLC has fabricated and installed commercial metalwork from its Jacksonville base, serving general contractors and developers nationwide. The focus is Division 05 miscellaneous metals and architectural metals for multi-family, commercial and industrial construction. In-house capabilities include custom commercial stairs, balcony railings, fencing, awnings, canopies, pergolas and screening, along with custom specialty gates and dumpster and trash compactor gates. Aluminum balcony railings, breezeway and corridor railings and ADA-compliant handrails are among its products. The shop also does waterjet cutting, plasma cutting, CNC machining, sheet metal bending, welding, industrial powder coating and custom UL-rated enclosures, across more than 200,000 square feet of production space.
